     On Monday the 20th June the Boy's Brigade in Northern Ireland were presented with the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service. The award was accepted by the Northern Ireland President, David Blevins. Also pictured are Walter Rader, who is the respresentative of the award in Northern Ireland & Johnathan Gracey, who is the N.I. Director of the Boy's Brigade & the Lord Lieutenant's cadet, Flt Sgt Chloe Tweed.
     Present at the ceremony & pictured below were The Minister for Education, Peter Weir MLA, the Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Brian Bloomfield, the MLA for Upper Bann, Carla Lockhart, the Rev Michael Barry, Wenda Gray from the QAVS & a number of officers & boys.
